Our relationship

Packaging Automation Ltd is a Cheshire based, British manufacturer of Tray Sealing, Pot Filling and factory efficient Intelligent Weighing Systems (MiWeigh), delivering the most sustainable solutions with the lowest possible environmental impact to their customers.

PA first approached us to produce two videos focusing on their Evolution S machine, one showing the features and benefits of the machine and the other, a customer testimonial, both of which we filmed on site at Karsten UK. This was swiftly followed by a series of customer testimonial videos around PA's MiWeigh System at various locations around the UK. The videos were used at exhibitions, for social media purposes and on their website.

PALPrevent is PA's flagship 24/7 customer service package and we collaborated with them to design and produce their customer service agreement brochure and promotional e-shot, which also required us to deliver accompanying photography.

We were also tasked with helping PA develop the look of their Company Values Infographic which is for internal purposes and on display in large format in key areas of their facility.

Following the completion of the above projects, we then set to work on the design and build of their new Website. With a large product range serving diverse market sectors, and with a reputation for stellar customer service, PA's priority was to ensure that their new website reflected their company ethos and was highly customer focused with extensive content, images and videos, all presented in an easy to navigate, accessible format. This was certainly a substantial project, but it was a joy working with the PA team and a highly rewarding process.
